This document is an English translation of the Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) originally written in French. In case of any discrepancies between the two versions, only the French version shall prevail. We encourage you to refer to the original French version for any official reference or in case of uncertainty.
The products sold on this website are provided by YICHNAL.FR, whose contact details can be found at the end of this page. We are a sole proprietorship based in Paris, France.
Through this website, we offer access to IT resources available under the following domain names: fsm.church and cfsm.church. Services are provided subject to availability and our approval. In case of refusal, no justification will be provided.
MAILBOX Service: We provide an email mailbox with a defined storage capacity, enabling you to send and receive emails from an address under the specified domains.
FORWARD Service: This is equivalent to a mailbox without storage. You specify a destination email address, and the service forwards incoming emails to it.
SUBDOMAIN Service: The requested hostname is assigned to you (subject to approval) and linked either to an IP address (A record in the DNS) or a CNAME.
HANDLE Service: This allows you to use a subdomain name (within the specified domains) as your handle on the Bluesky social network.
The service will be made available to the client within a maximum of 24 hours after payment is received. This timeframe starts once the transaction is confirmed and validated by our system.
In case of unforeseen circumstances or exceptional delays (e.g., technical or administrative issues), we will inform the client as soon as possible and provide a new delivery date.
Our services are hosted by specialized providers. Our role is to provide personalized services associated with the domain names we manage. Please refer to the “Responsibility” section below for more details.
The minimum contract duration is 12 months. Before expiration:
The client will be notified 15 days before the end of their contract.
If the contract is not renewed, services will be suspended upon expiration.
The client has 15 calendar days to renew without additional fees.
After this period, restoration is possible within 15 days with a penalty equivalent to 50% of the service price.
Beyond 30 days after contract expiration, all data associated with the services will be permanently deleted.
Deleted email addresses may not necessarily become available again.
Services are reserved for adults of legal age in their country of residence.
We are not responsible for reliability issues such as service interruptions or data alterations caused by our providers. However, we will make every effort to inform you of any problems and resolve them as quickly as possible, including contacting provider support if needed.
As a client, you agree to use the provided services:
Responsibly and reasonably, including but not limited to:
No activities prohibited by law (e.g., hateful content, pornography, harassment, etc.)
No spamming (bulk email sending).
We reserve the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the contract without prior notice in case of non-compliance with these T&Cs, particularly in the event of abusive or illegal use of the services.
In no case shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in the current contractual year.
Our prices are listed on the website and are inclusive of all taxes. Depending on the chosen payment method or purchases in a currency other than euros, additional fees may apply. These fees will always be clearly identified on the invoice and will not exceed €1.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at the end of the contractual period, with prior notice of 30 days to the client.
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the client has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of contract conclusion.
However, as per Article L. 221-25 of the French Consumer Code, the client acknowledges and accepts that the service execution begins upon order validation. As a result, the right of withdrawal is lost once the service is partially or fully utilized, such as by sending or receiving an email, configuring a handle on BlueSky, or hosting a site under a subdomain.
We only retain information strictly necessary for the execution of our services. The following information is mandatory for effective use of our services: your full name and an email address from an approved provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft, your domain, etc., but not an anonymous email service).
This information is stored securely for the duration of your contract and six months thereafter. It will never be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We comply with GDPR regulations, and you have the right to access, modify, or delete your data upon request via email, subject to identity verification.
We offer two methods to contact us: via Telegram or email. We will address support requests as quickly as possible in French or English. If we cannot resolve an issue using our tools, we will escalate it to the support teams of our providers.
In cases of force majeure, our liability cannot be invoked. Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, fires, widespread power outages, network failures, cyberattacks, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
In case of a dispute, and before initiating any legal action, the client agrees to seek an amicable resolution by contacting our customer service. If no amicable resolution is found, the Paris courts shall have jurisdiction.
